XML Referenced/Dependent Resources View
The Referenced/Dependent Resources view displays the hierarchy or dependencies for resources included in an XML document. The tree structure presented in this view is built based on the Xinclude and External Entity mechanisms.
If you want to see the hierarchy or dependencies of an XML document, select the document in the ProjectProject Explorer view and choose Show referenced resources or Show dependent resources from the contextual menu.
Note:
The Move resource or Rename resource
actions give you the option to update the references to the resource. Only the references made through the
XInclude and External Entity mechanisms are handled.
