Hi Sean,
If you have not specified when you started the FOP as external processor a
maximum heap (using -Xmx option in the fop command line) then the default
was taken which very likely was 64MB. In oXygen 3.0 the bundled Apache FOP
maximum heap is controlled from the options and I guess you have a larger
value specified for it.
