Adding MathML support in the Oxygen XML Author Component

By default, the Oxygen XML Author Component does not come with the libraries necessary for viewing and editing MathML equations in the Author mode. You can view and edit MathML equations either by adding support for JEuclid or by adding support for MathFlow.
