Index status
The current status of the indexing process is displayed in the Content Indexing an Search section from the Version Settings page.
You can click the dedicated 
Check Index
Status button to the right of the status to query the OTSS server for the
current status on demand.
The status of an indexing operation can be:

Not indexed - No index is currently available.

Scheduled - The indexing operation is waiting for an available executor.

In progress - The content is being indexed.
-
Ready - The indexing operation was successfully performed.
-
Failed - The indexing process has failed.
