Logging In

There are several ways to log in to your Feedback account:

Administrators/moderators can log in from the administration interface login page (https://feedback-cloud.oxygenxml.com/login). You first need to specify the Organization ID and then click Continue.
Tip: The organization's login page can be accessed directly using a URL with the following form: /organizations/{organizationID}/login. This directs you to the login page with the Organization ID automatically pre-filled so that you do not need to input the ID manually.
All users can log in from a page where the Oxygen Feedback commenting component is installed. In this scenario, the Organization ID is automatically selected based on the organization that integrated the Feedback component. Administrators/moderators can then access the administration interface by selecting Home from the user drop-down menu.

Registered users can log in using one of the following methods:

Log in with a Social Media Account: At the bottom of the Oxygen Feedback Log In/Sign Up dialog box, you can click on Log in with Google or Log in with Facebook to log in using your Google or Facebook credentials. If this is the first time using this particular login method, you will be asked to confirm and authenticate your Google/Facebook credentials.

Note: When logging in using this method, your avatar will be updated with your profile picture from Google or Facebook.
Log In with Your Email and Password: If you have already created an account using the Sign Up tab, you can log in using your registered email address and password from the Log In tab. You can select the Remember me option to save your login information in a cookie and your session will be automatically refreshed whenever it expires. The cookie is valid for two weeks.
