Communicating with Collaborators

The Content Author and Reviewers can communicate directly in the Oxygen Content Fusion browser interface:
  1. Open the particular review task in the Content Fusion browser interface.
  2. Select Task Activity from the left stripe.

    Step Result: If you have a file from a review task open in the visual editor, a Task Activity pane is opened to the left of the editor pane. If you have the review task open in any other page, it opens the Task Activity page where you can see all the activity that has happened on the task.

  3. Click the Add Message button at the top-right corner of the Task Activity page (or if you are in the visual editor, click the ellipsis/3-vertical-dots in the top-right corner of the Task Activity pane and then select Add Message).
  4. Enter your message in the resulting text field and click Add.

Result: Anyone who has access to the task can see the message in the Task Activity page or side view.
