Oxygen Add-ons Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Syncro Soft SRL ("we", "us", "the Company") provides a platform that enables the integration of add-ons developed by third parties. By using these add-ons, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SYNCRO SOFT SRL BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ADD-ON OR ITS USE. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

3. Indemnification

THE OXYGEN ADD-ON PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". ALL ADD-ONS ARE PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

4. Third-Party Add-ons Acknowledgment

By installing any third-party add-on, you explicitly acknowledge that:

• Add-ons are developed and maintained by independent developers, who maintain full responsibility for their add-ons' functionality and maintenance
• The Company does not have direct control over the code or functionality of these add-ons
• The Company does not guarantee the security, quality, or performance of third-party add-ons
• Add-ons run with the same privileges as our core application
• Add-ons may access, modify, or transmit data processed by our application

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Verify the source and reputation of add-ons before installation
• Verify the compatibility of add-ons with your system
• Accept all risks associated with the installation and use of add-ons

6. Updates and Modifications

The Company reserves the right to:

• Modify these terms at any time
• Remove or disable any add-on that poses security risks
• Update the add-on platform without prior notice
