Review: Fixed an issue where selected comments where no longer visible in the View Final mode.
DITA/Keys: Fixed an issue where keys were not refreshed after setting a different "Root DITA Map".
Author/API: Fixed an issue in the API where the "AuthorDocumentFilter" was not notified for paste operations
