How to Add Oxygen Feedback to Your Website

The Oxygen Feedback comment system can be added at the bottom of each topic in your WebHelp Responsive documentation or added to any HTML-based website. The process involves installing the Oxygen Feedback Enterprise edition on your server and then adding the Oxygen Feedback commenting component to your website using a specific procedure depending on how you generate your output.

The procedure is as follows:

1. Your organization's Platform Admin (server administrator) needs to download the Oxygen Feedback Enterprise installation kit and follow the instructions to install and configure it on your organization's server.

2. Users in your organization with site administration privileges can add the Oxygen Feedback commenting component to your website by using one of the following procedures (depending on how your output is generated):

• Adding Oxygen Feedback to WebHelp Generated from Oxygen XML Editor/Author
• Adding Oxygen Feedback to WebHelp Generated from a Command Line
• Adding Oxygen Feedback to Any HTML-Based Website Using a Custom Process
