Oxygen Feedback Enterprise version 5.1 continues to bolster the all-in-one solution designed to enhance community engagement and feedback collection while empowering documentation with an integrated, robust search engine for seamless usability. The focus of this release was to implement a variety of additions and enhancements to the AI features.

The AI Assistant chatbot now appears in a non-modal window, enhancing the browsing and interaction experience. The management team can view entire conversation threads that users have sent to the AI Assistant and they now have access to more information about AI usage in various places within the administration interface along with filtering options and convenient links that navigate to even more details. Users are now able to rate AI Assistant replies while moderators can view the ratings feedback.

The organization and site dashboard pages now contain additional components with information about AI Assistant usage along with convenient links that navigate to pages with more details. The usage statistics pages now also contain more information and metrics about AI usage.

This release also includes various security enhancements, important component updates, and bug fixes.
